The location proved convenient for exploring, EVERYTHING was within easy walking distance. The room included a fridge. IT was definitely a bonus. Staff members were always friendly and ready to help with directions and suggestions. I really liked the shower. It had great water pressure.
Soundproofing needs improvement as street noise was noticeable.

The location was central. I easily accessed the metro and trams. Several shops near the entrance offered snacks. The reception staff provided prompt assistance with all queries. It was available 24 hours a day.
The lift was a bit slow at peak times.

I appreciated the hotel's central location near the metro. Public transport stops were also close. I found many shops and restaurants nearby. Lukas at reception was especially helpful.
The elevator was small, and it was quite slow for a building with eight floors.

The location is great. It's next to the metro station and trams. a good selection of restaurants were also nearby. i found the location very convenient as it was within 20 mins walking distance from the river and the dancing house. lukas at reception was very helpful.
first night the heating was off and the room was freezing. the next days it was on and the room was warm and getting stuffy. when i opened the windows for some fresh air there was too much noise from the street. there was no trash bin in the room, just one in the bathroom.
